The Ultimate Gift Guide for Kids Who Love to Read

My daughter is a certified bookworm and has her nose in a book every chance she gets. When she was younger, she navigated store aisles all the while never looking up from her favourite book. There were even birthdays when she asked for a trip to Indigo as a “gift”. Now in her teens, she and her best friends swap books as seamlessly as they share DMs. I try not to raise an eyebrow when they read books on my grown folk TBR list.

Even though my son claims not to “like” reading (ok… he claims to “hate” reading) I cannot pry architecture magazines from his hands. One year he even asked for a subscription to his favorite magazine for his birthday! He uses every opportunity to randomly share – mainly useful – facts and perspectives he gleaned in his reading.

Despite what can seem like an unrelenting passion for all things tech, many kids in my life are avid readers. This Auntie indulges any little bookworm in my life with everything from picture books to book lights.

From fun children’s book nooks to reading blankets this list offers the best gifts for kids who love to read. These are sure to put a smile on the face of any bookworms on your shopping list.
